Fuller and Tack.com is available (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for you to place your order. We make it easy to place an order using our 3 step process.
- Select your card
- Select Customize your Card and begin customizing by filling in the customization blanks.
- Review and Approve your item and add to your basket.
Modifications or revision to artwork after the order has been approved/received by Fuller and Tack.com will incur a additional art charge of $10.00 per order for changes or modifications to approved orders.

Simply select the upload button, select your image from your computer's hard drive and click apply or OK. That's it. You will see your image in your template and we will do the rest.
Acceptable file formats are JPEG (.jpg) and GIF (.gif). The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the digital image. Our software may crop your image in order to make it fit properly.

Fuller and Tack accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments via the web or over the phone. To provide your credit card number directly to a customer service representative over the phone, please call us during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm CST).

All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers.

Fuller & Tack offers several options for delivery within the USA: FREE SHIPPING (USPS), UPS Ground, 2-Day and Next Day Air at an additional charge. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only. Discounted Ground Shipping is not included for Canadian orders, please call 1-800-843-1135 or email us at orders@fullerandtack.com for details.
We will print and ship your items on the day ordered. Orders taken after 10 PM CST will be processed the following business days. (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) Processing time does not include shipping transit time which can vary between 1-6 business days depending on the shipping service selected.
Processing Time: the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. The estimated processing and production time for most orders is 2-3 days. please remember that this is in addition to the shipping time.
Sales Tax
Our facilities are located in the state of Mississippi. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 7.00% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Mississippi. Orders shipped outside of Mississippi are exempt from sales tax.
Returns
We strive to provide quality in our products and stand behind every single item. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout). Returns are for replacement or store credit only.
In the case of a error by the Fuller and Tack staff, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full store credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible.
